This cast iron fish cooker adds the heat retention and durability of cast iron. The kit comes with an 8.5 Qt. cast iron fry pot with dutch oven lid and preforated basket. The all welded frame stands 21" tall with a 14" diameter cooking surface. It also includes a 5" stainless thermometer, 36" stainless braided hose, and a 10 PSI adjustable regulator.
