The Bayou Classic High Pressure Cooker is one of the best all around outdoor cookers. It is powerful enough to boil some of our large stockpots yet gentle enough to slow cook stews or chili. The SP10 stands about 13" high with a 14" cooking surface, and includes a 10 PSI preset regulator with control valve, a 48" stainless braided hose, and 360°windscreen protection.
